NEW Permanent Single Membership
2012 Permanent Single Membership dues - $210.
NEW MEMBER SPECIAL RATE $200.00 (rate valid for first year of new membership*) *Must be a NEW member in 2012 to OHSTC to qualify for this special rate.
Membership is for only one (1) person in the household where that person is at least 21 years old. The privileges of membership only apply to the member specified on the membership application.
Benefits to permanent membership include:
• Guaranteed pool membership each year
• Lower annual pool dues each season
• Complimentary 10 visit guest pass
• May vote at membership meetings
• May hold office on Board of Directors
Becoming a Permanent member requires a one-time payment of one of two options:
*1. Your family may join by paying a $400 non-refundable Initiation fee
OR
**2. by paying a $600 Capital Improvement Fund (CIF) bond. This CIF bond is redeemable ONLY upon
a) termination of your membership in writing; and
b) the sale of a replacement CIF membership.
A payment plan is available for either of these two options: * Initiation fee payment can be made in 2 installments: 1st payment of $200 due by June 15th; 2nd payment of $200 due by July 15th.
** CIF Bond payment may be made in 3 installments: 1st payment of $200 due by June 15th; 2nd payment of $200 due by July 15th; 3rd payment of $200 due by August 15th.
