Yoga Classes

Yoga is great for your body, mind and spirit.
Instructor: Stacy Warrington, RYT. Stacy is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hr level. She has been teaching yoga since 2001 to people of all abilities in studios, gyms, businesses, pool houses; wherever the people are!

Stacy’s approach is to challenge you to work at your own best level in a safe, yet playful environment.

COME FLOW  - Wednesdays 7 – 8pm in the pavilion.

Classes begin June 22nd

Cost is $7.00/class or 5 classes/$30.00.

Enjoy a vinyasa-style flowing and powerful practice that will strengthen and stretch the whole body, and quiet the mind.

You’re not sure about the heat?  The heat is great for yoga because it allows your muscles to stretch and move deeper into poses, working out the kinks and the stress. The sweating helps detoxify your body.  Drinking lots of water helps.  And you can jump in the pool afterwards!

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water to practice (if you don't have a mat, you can borrow one if there are enough). Wear light clothing you can move in, and refrain from eating a large meal within two hours of class. Yoga is done with bare feet.

If you have questions please contact Stacy at swarri1@verizon.net.
When you feel good, you can help others feel good.  Commit.  Let yoga help you feel good.
